“EYDAP Fixed Assets” company is a Legal Entity under Public Law, under the supervision of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport and was established by Law 2744, Government Gazette A'222 (25/10/1999).
The Company’s purpose is to manage, maintain and operate the fixed assets that have been transferred to the Company, namely:

- the Mornos Dam and Reservoir,
- the Marathon Reservoir,
- the projects and facilities of Lake Yliki,
- the external water supply system
- the local pumping stations.
“EYDAP Fixed Assets” company ensures an uninterrupted raw water supply to EYDAP SA in order to ensure a fair consumption of water by its consumers and to enable EYDAP SA meet its water supply obligations.
