"EYDAP Fixed Assets" company has assigned to a contractor the project’s implementation after a tender procedure.
"EYDAP Fixed Assets" company has given the opportunity to EYDAP SA to exploit the external aqueducts of Evinos, Mornos, Yliki and Marathon, by constructing and putting into operation Small Hydroelectric Projects along them. Specifically, the aqueducts' water is diverted to a side channel, where with the operation of a hydro turbine, the hydraulic energy is converted to mechanical and then via a generator to electricity. The water then flows back to the main aqueduct, continuing its flow.

- Kartala Kithairona (1.200 KW)
- Mandra (630 KW)
